Sooke Minor Hockey Photo Night Information

Photo night is happening on Tuesday October 27th at the Sooke Community Hall at 2037 Shields Road, opposite
the Sooke Royal Canadian Legion on Eustace Road.

This year will look different due to the Covid-19 protocols we must follow. Physical distancing will be enforced inside
the hall and masks will be required for players and parents while waiting in line. We ask that all protocols are followed
and respected.

Please refer to the posted schedule below for your team's photo time slot.  All players are to arrive 10 minutes prior to
their photo time, fully dressed and with masks for lining up. No skates are required this year, but all players should
have full gear and sticks (minus skates).  Remember no green tape, or laces, as anything green won't show up in the photo.  

Players and coaches will be entering the main entrance at the hall one at a time within their team’s time slot and
exiting from the back doors that face the gravel parking lot of the hall. In order to ensure safe distancing, players will
be photographed individually and our photographers will then digitally create a team photo.

Sooke Minor Hockey merchandise will be available for purchase on site. We will have a separate merchandise line up for those interested in shopping while their player is being photographed. We will have more info on what
merchandise will be available and costs closer to photo night.

Your Team Managers will be handing out order forms this coming week. Please ensure you bring your completed form to photo night!
