SDMHA Registration - Funding Discount Additional Information

The registrar has asked that we update you regarding the $500 Funding Discount.  These instructions are directly ONLY to those who are applying for the $500 Funding Discount.

There has been some confusion regarding what registration information should be sent to the registrar.  The registrar needs a copy of your KIDS SPORT registration, NOT your SDMHA registration.

Those of you who have not done so yet, please go to the KIDS SPORT site, fill out the application and email the KIDS SPORT application form to the registrar at registrar@sookeminorhockey.ca.
