SDMHA - Registration Reminder and Access Code Info
2021-07-13This is a reminder that there are only 2 days left to register for the 2021/22 Season. Registration closes on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 8pm.
For those of you who are registering a returning player, when requesting the access code, if you DO NOT receive an email within about 30 minutes or so, please email me directly with the following information and I will send you the access code:
For security reasons, I can only send you the access code if you provide me with both the player's name and their DOB.
